Officers from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sixth District Environmental Crimes Unit seek the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in reference to an Illegal Dumping offense that occurred on Friday, March 15, 2019, in the 4700 block of Foote Street, Northeast.
At approximately 11:00 am, the suspect illegally dumped used vehicle tires in the alley behind the listed location.
The suspect was captured on camera and can be seen in the photo below:
