Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's First District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to a Burglary One offense that occurred on Monday, February 18, 2019, in the 200 block of I Street, Northeast.
At approximately 7:10 am, the suspect gained entry to an occupied residence at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect attempted to take the victim’s property. The suspect then fled the scene.
The suspect was captured by a surveillance camera and can be seen in the photo below:
