Suspect Sought in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon Offense: 3900 Block of Dix Street, Northeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sixth District seek the public's assistance in locating a suspect in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon offense that occurred on Monday, June 29, 2020, in the 3900 block of Dix Street, Northeast.

 

At approximately 11:22 pm, the suspect and victim were engaged in a verbal altercation at the listed location. Multiple suspects then assaulted the victim. During the assault, one of the suspects struck the victim with a fire extinguisher. The suspects then fled the scene.

 

One of the suspects was captured by a nearby surveillance camera and can be seen in the photos below:
