Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Second District seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Gun) offense that occurred on Friday, April 26, 2019, in the 1300 block of L Street, Northwest.
At approximately 5:51 am, the victim confronted the suspect, at the listed location, in an effort to retrieve stolen property. The suspect brandished a handgun and then fled the scene.
