Persons of Interest Sought in an Armed Kidnapping Offense: 3600 Block of Livingston Street, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Special Investigations Branch seek the public’s assistance in identifying two persons of interest in reference to an Armed Kidnapping offense that occurred on Thursday, January 17, 2019, in the 3600 block Livingston Street, Northwest.

 

At approximately 4:45 pm, one suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect brandished a handgun and entered the victim’s vehicle. Two other suspects also approached and entered the victim’s vehicle. The suspects forced the victim to drive to the 3700 block of Legation Street, Northwest. The suspects then fled the scene with the victim’s property.

Anyone who can identify these individuals or who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime, including armed robbery, committed in the District of Columbia.
