Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District are asking for the community’s assistance to identify a robbery suspect who committed offenses at the following locations:
- Monday, January 15, 2024, at approximately 8:26 p.m., in the 100 block of Rhode Island Avenue, Northwest. Attempted Robbery CCN: 24007620
- Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at approximately 10:42 a.m., in the 1900 block of First Street, Northwest. Robbery CCN: 24008002
- Sunday, January 21, 2024, at approximately 1:41 p.m., in the 1900 block of First Street, Northwest. Robbery CCN: 24010228
In each of these robberies, a suspect enters the store brandishing a handgun. The suspect demands money and property. The suspect then flees the scene on foot.

Anyone who can identify this suspect, or who has knowledge of these offenses should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime committed in the District of Columbia.
