The Metropolitan Police Department announces the arrest of a suspect who robbed someone at gunpoint.
On Saturday, May 31, 2025, at approximately 8:55 a.m., Fifth District officers responded to a report of a robbery in the 600 block of 21st Street, Northeast. Multiple suspects approached the victim, produced a handgun, and forcibly removed the victim’s property. The suspects fled the scene, and the victim was not injured.
On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, pursuant to a DC Superior Court custody order, 13-year-old Juvenile Male was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery (Gun).
