Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Youth and Family Services Division announce a man has been arrested for a First-Degree Child Sexual Abuse offense that occurred in Northwest.
On Thursday, June 17, 2021, the victim reported that in 2017, the suspect engaged in unwanted sexual acts with the victim in the 700 block of Columbia Road, Northwest.
On Wednesday, April 3, 2024, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, members of the US Marshals Service arrested 64-year-old Luis Armando Figueroa of Northwest, DC. He was transported to the Sixth District Station where he was charged with First Degree Child Sexual Abuse.
