The Metropolitan Police Department announces a man has been arrested in reference to an armed robbery that occurred in Southeast.
On Thursday, September 7, 2023, at approximately 9:50 a.m., the suspect, who was known to the victim, brandished a handgun and demanded money from the victim in the area of Naylor Road and Erie Street, Southeast. The victim complied. The suspect took the money then fled the scene.
On Monday, October 23, 2023, 31-year-old Antonio Johnson, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Armed Robbery (Gun).
