Arrests Made in a Robbery (Force and Violence) Offense: 1200 Block of I Street, Northwest

(Washington, DC) – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Second District announce arrests have been made in reference to a Robbery (Force and Violence) offense that occurred on Monday, November 29, 2021, in the 1200 block of I Street, Northwest.

At approximately 12:47 am, the suspects approached the victim at the listed location. The suspects assaulted the victim and took the victim’s property. The suspects then fled the scene.

On Monday, November 29, 2021, 20 year-old Jekwon Jones, of Southeast, DC, and 20 year-old Lamont Hargrove, of Hyattsville, MD were arrested and charged with Robbery (Force and Violence).
