Arrests Made in Multiple Robbery Offenses

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division announced several arrests in recent robbery cases in Washington, DC.

 

Third District:

 

  • On Monday, July 15, 2019, a 16 year-old Juvenile Male, of Northwest, DC was arrested for a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Monday, July 8, 2019 in the 3000 block of 14th Street, Northwest. CCN: 19-119-635
    • At approximately 11:00 pm, three suspects approached the victim at the listed location. One of the suspect snatched the victim’s property and then fled the scene.  This case remains under investigation.

 

  • On Thursday, July, 18, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court custody order, a 14 year-old juvenile male, of Northwest, DC, was arrested for an Armed Robbery (Knife) offense that occurred on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, in the 800 block of Quincy Street, Northwest.  CCN: 19-125-372
    • At approximately 1:40 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location.  The suspect demanded the victim’s property and brandished a knife.  The victim complied and the suspect fled the scene.

 

Fourth District:

 

  • On Friday, July 12, 2019, 19 year-old Jose Love-Wheeler, of Northeast, DC was arrested for a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Saturday, June 27, 2019 in the 300 block of Riggs Road, Northeast. CCN: 19-112-297
    • At approximately 5:58 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location.  The suspect snatched the victim’s property and then fled the scene.  The suspect was apprehended by responding officers.

 

  • On Wednesday, July 17, 2019, a 13 year-old male,  a 16 year-old male, a 15 year-old male, 18 year-old Christian Figueroa-Gutierrez, and 19 year-old Edra Perez-Vicente, all of Northwest, DC, were arrested for an Armed Robbery (Knife and Gun) offense that occurred in the 4100 block of 14th Street, Northwest. CCN: 19-124-940
    • At approximately 2:26 AM, three victims were approached by five suspects at the listed location.  The suspects brandished knives and a handgun and demanded their property. The suspects took property from the victims and then fled the scene.

 

Fifth District

 

  • On Wednesday, July 17, 2019, 20-year-old Immanuel Lattimore, of Northeast, DC, was arrested for a Robbery (Force and Violence) offense that occurred on Tuesday, July 16, 2019, in the 1600 block of Franklin Street, Northeast. CCN: 19-124-861
    • At approximately 10:44 pm, three suspects approached the victim at the listed location.  The suspects assaulted the victim and took the victim’s property.  The suspects then fled the scene.  One of the suspects was apprehended by responding officers.  This case remains under investigation.

 

  • On Thursday, July 18, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 19 year-old David McKinney, of Northeast, DC, was arrested for an Armed Robbery (Gun) offense that occurred on Monday, February 25, 2019, in the 3100 block of Apple Road, Northeast. CCN: 19-033-211
  • At approximately 7:20 pm, four suspects were with the victim at the listed location. One of the suspects brandished a handgun and demanded the victim’s property. The victim complied and the suspects fled the scene in the victim’s vehicle.  This is the second arrest made and this case remains under investigation.

 

  • On Thursday, July 18, 2019, 40 year-old Everett Lamont Faison, of Oxon Hill, MD, was arrested for an Assault with Intent to Commit Robbery offense that occurred on Thursday, July 18, 2019, in the 2300 block of Washington Place, Northeast. CCN: 19-126-054
  • At approximately 7:10 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect attempted to take the victim’s property. The suspect was unsuccessful and was apprehended by responding officers.

 

Sixth District:

 

  • On Wednesday, July 17, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court custody order, a 16 year-old juvenile female, of Southeast, DC, was arrested for an Assault with Intent to Rob offense that occurred on Friday, May 3, 2019, in the 200 block of 50th Street, Southeast.  CCN: 19-075-883
    • At approximately 3:48 pm, four suspects approached the victim at the listed location.  The suspects assaulted the victim and demanded the victim’s property.  The suspects fled the scene without obtaining any property.  This case remains under investigation.

 

  • On Thursday, July 18, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 25 year-old DJour Washington, of Southeast, DC, was arrested for an Armed Robbery (Gun) offense that occurred on Friday, June 14, 2019, in the 1900 block of 18th Street, Southeast.  CCN: 19-103-676
    • At approximately 2:30 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location.  The suspect demanded the victim’s property and then assaulted the victim.  During the assault, the suspect brandished a handgun and took property from the victim.  The suspect then fled the scene.

 

Seventh District:

 

  • On Monday, July 15, 2019, 24 year-old Jamon Campbell, of Southeast, DC, was arrested for a Robbery (Snatch) offense that occurred on Monday, July 8, 2019, in the 2700 block of Naylor Road, Southeast. CCN: 19-119-104.
    • At approximately 6:22 am, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect snatched the victim’s property and then fled the scene.

 

  • On Thursday, July 18, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 22 year-old Davon Monk, of no fixed address, was arrested for an Armed Robbery (Knife) offense that occurred on May 21, 2019, in the 400 block of Atlantic Street, Southeast.  CCN: 19-087-821.
    • At approximately 8:33 pm, two suspects were exiting a vehicle for hire at the listed location when one of the suspects brandished a knife and demanded the victim’s property.  The victim complied and both suspects fled the scene.  This case remains under investigation.
