Arrests Made in a Burglary Two Offense: 1700 Block 3rd Street, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Burglary Two offense that occurred on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, in the 1700 block of 3^rd Street, Northwest.

At approximately 10:45 pm, the suspects forcibly entered an unoccupied residence at the listed location. Once inside, the suspects attempted to take property. The suspects were apprehended by responding officers on scene.

On Wednesday, December 4, 2019, 37 year-old Angelo Jones, of Upper Marlboro, MD, and 30 year-old O’rmando Batson Jr., of Southeast, DC, were arrested and charged with Burglary Two.
