Arrests Made in a Burglary One While Armed Offense: 3300 Block of Oxon Run Road, Southeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Seventh District announce a second arrest has been made in reference to a Burglary One while Armed offense that occurred on Monday, May 4, 2020, in the 3300 block of Oxon Run Road, Southeast.

 

At approximately 5:15 am, the suspects gained entry to an occupied residence at the listed location. One of the suspects brandished a handgun and took the victims’ property. One of the suspects then brandished a bat and assaulted the victims. The suspects then fled the scene.

 

Previously, on Thursday, May 7, 2020, pursuant to a DC Superior Court custody order, a 15 year-old juvenile male, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary One while Armed.

 

On Wednesday, June 3, 2020, a 15 year-old juvenile male, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary One while Armed.

 

This case remains under investigation.
