Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sexual Assault Unit have announced a suspect has been arrested in two Assault with the Intent to Commit First Degree Sexual Abuse offenses.
- On Monday, June 23, 2019, at approximately 8:30 pm, the suspect approached a female victim at her residence in the 5300 block of Chillum Place, Northeast. The suspect physically assaulted the victim with the intent to commit a sexual act and then fled the scene. CCN: 19-109-848.
- On Saturday, July 13, 2019, at approximately 9:00 am, the suspect approached a female victim in the 5400 block of 3rd Street, Northeast. The suspect physically assaulted the victim with the intent to commit a sexual act and then fled the scene. The suspect was apprehended by responding officers. CCN:19-122-520
On Wednesday, July 17, 2019, a 17 year-old male, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault with the Intent to Commit First Degree Sexual Abuse.
