Arrest Made in Southeast Armed Robbery

The Metropolitan Police Department announces the arrest of a man who robbed a victim at gunpoint while they were delivering food in Southeast.

On Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at approximately 1:46 p.m., the victim was delivering food to an apartment building in the 3400 block of 13th Place, Southeast. Once the victim entered the building, he was approached by three suspects armed with a gun. The suspects took the victim’s property and fled the scene. The victim left the location and was helped by a citizen who called the police.

On Monday, November 17, 2025, as a result of the detectives’ investigation, 25-year-old Antonio Minor of Southeast, D.C., was placed under arrest and charged with Armed Robbery (Gun).

This case remains under investigation. Anyone who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $10,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for a violent crime committed in the District of Columbia.
