(Washington, DC) – Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sexual Assault Unit announce an arrest has been made in reference to a Second Degree Sexual Abuse of a Patient offense that occurred between Monday, December 26, 2022, and Tuesday, December 27, 2022, inside of an establishment, in the 200 block of 7th Street, Northeast.
During the listed dates, the suspect, who was an employee, engaged in unwanted sexual contact with an adult female patient.
On Friday, March 24, 2023, as a result of the detectives’ investigation and pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, members of the Criminal Apprehension Unit, located and arrested 62 year-old Titus Sunday Okechukwu, of Cheverly, Maryland. Okechukwu was charged with Second Degree Sexual Abuse of a Patient.
