Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fourth District announce an arrest has been made in reference to a Robbery (Force and Violence) offense that occurred on Tuesday, May 25, 2021, in the 3700 block of 14th Street, Northwest.
At approximately 8:09 pm, the suspect and victim were engaged in a verbal altercation at the listed location. The suspect assaulted the victim and took the victim’s property. The suspect then fled the scene.
On Thursday, May 27, 2021, 40 year-old Alan Martin Douglas, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with Robbery (Force and Violence).
