Arrest Made in Multiple Burglary Two Offenses in the Fourth District

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Fourth District announced an arrest has been made in reference to multiple Burglary Two offenses at the following locations:

 

• Burglary Two: On Tuesday, November 13, 2018, between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm, in the 5600 block of 13^th Street, Northwest, the suspect entered an unoccupied residence and took property then fled the scene. 18-193-342.

 

• Burglary Two: On Tuesday, November 20, 2018, between 7:00 am and 8:30 pm, in the 6600 block of Georgia Avenue, Northwest, the suspect entered an unoccupied residence and took property then fled the scene. 18-197-882.

 

• Burglary Two: On Friday, December 21, 2018, between 12:30 pm and 3:47 pm, in the 6600 block of Georgia Avenue, Northwest, the suspect entered an unoccupied residence and took property then fled the scene. 18-216-476.

 

On Monday, January 8, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 22-year-old Tyrone Deante Smith, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with three counts of Burglary Two.
