Arrest Made in Burglary Two Offense : 1100 Block of D Street, Southeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's First District announced an arrest has been made in a Burglary Two offense that occurred on Tuesday, November 24, 2020, in the 1100 block of D Street, Southeast.

 

At approximately 8:00 am, the suspects entered an unoccupied residence at the listed location.  Once inside, the suspects took property then fled the scene.

 

On Wednesday, March 17, 2021, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 23 year-old Jamar Simons, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary Two.

 

This case remains under investigation.
