Arrest Made in Burglary Two and Theft Offenses in the Second District

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Second District announced an arrest has been made in a Burglary Two and Theft offenses that occurred in the Second District.

 

Theft One: On Monday, April 15, 2019, at approximately 4:26 pm, in the 2100 block of M Street, Northwest, the suspect took US currency from the cashier’s area of an establishment. After being confronted by an employee, the suspect fled the scene. CCN: 19-063-920

 

Theft Two: On Saturday, June 8, 2019, at approximately 6:45 pm, in the 2800 block of M Street, Northwest, the suspect took property from an establishment then fled the scene. CCN: 19-099-920

 

Burglary Two: On Sunday, June 23, 2019, at approximately 4:55 am, in the 2100 block of F Street, Northwest, the suspect unlawfully entered an establishment at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect took property and then fled the scene. CCN: 19-109-380

 

Theft Two: On Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at approximately 5:25 pm, in the 3200 block of M Street, Northwest, the suspect took property from an office building then fled the scene. CCN: 19-110-929

 

On Tuesday, June 25, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 56 year-old Kevin Fraley, of Northwest, DC, was arrested and charged with two counts of Theft Two, Theft One and Burglary Two.
