Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Third District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Burglary One offense that occurred on Friday, July 10, 2020, in the 400 block of Richardson Place, Northwest.
At approximately 8:21 am, the suspect gained entry to an occupied residence at the listed location. Once inside, the suspect forced his way into the victim’s room, took property, and then fled the scene.
On Sunday, July 12, 2020, 49-year-old Albert Washington, of no fixed address, was arrested and charged with Burglary One.
