Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Seventh District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Burglary One that occurred on Sunday, December 28, 2018, in the 1700 block of Stanton Terrace, Southeast.
At approximately 5:03 am, the suspect gained entry to an occupied residence at the listed location. The suspect then approached the victim and a struggle ensued. The victim then fled the scene to alert police. The suspect fled the scene without obtaining any property.
On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, 54 year-old Darryl Brown, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary One.
