Arrest Made in a Burglary One Offense: 100 Block of Wayne Place, Southeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Seventh District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Burglary One offense that occurred on Friday, March 22, 2019, in the 100 block of Wayne Place, Southeast.

 

At approximately 10:49 pm, several suspects entered an occupied residence at the listed location. Once inside, the suspects assaulted the victim, took the victims’ property, then fled the scene.

 

On Tuesday, April 2, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court custody order, a 15 year-old juvenile male, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Burglary One.

This case remains under investigation.
