Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch have announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with Intent to Kill offense that occurred on Saturday, August 17, 2019, in the 5200 block of Just Street, Northeast.
At approximately 2:43 am, members of the Sixth District responded to the listed location for the report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim, inside the location, suffering from multiple stab wounds. DC Fire and EMS were summoned to the scene and transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment of life threatening injuries.
On Saturday, August 17, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 53 year-old Mark Miller, of Northeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with Intent to Kill.
