Arrest Made in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon Offense: 100 Block of T Street, Northeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Fifth District announced that an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon offense that occurred on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, in the 100 block of T Street, Northeast.

At approximately 10:16 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect brandished a bottle and threatened the victim. The suspect then fled the scene. No injuries were reported.

On Thursday, January 16, 2020, 57 year-old Andre Richardson, of Northeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.
