Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Sixth District announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife) offense that occurred on Sunday, May 17, 2020, in the 2800 block of Alabama Avenue, Southeast.
At approximately 4:39 pm, the victim and suspect were involved in a verbal altercation at the listed location. During the altercation, the suspect stabbed the victim multiple times. The suspect was then apprehended by responding officers. The victim was transported to an area hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
On Sunday, May 17, 2020, 35 year-old Lacey Lorenzo Kebe, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Knife).
