Arrest Made in an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Gun) Offense: 4400 Block of G Street, Southeast

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Sixth District announces an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Gun) offense that occurred on Friday, November 22, 2019, in the 4400 block of G Street, Southeast.

At approximately 4:52 pm, the suspect discharged a firearm at the listed location and the victim was struck by the gunfire. The suspect then fled the scene. The victim received treatment at a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

On Wednesday, December 11, 2019, pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, 18 year-old Saddiq Logan, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Gun).
