Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Second District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Bottle) offense that occurred on Sunday, April 14, 2019, in the 1400 block of Wisconsin Ave, Northwest.
At approximately 12:01 am, the suspect and the victim were involved in a verbal altercation at the listed location. During the altercation, the suspect struck the victim with a bottle. The suspect then fled the scene.
On Monday, April 15, 2019, 30-year-old Manar Musab Al Odaalah, of No Fixed Address, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (Bottle).
