Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s First District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to an Armed Carjacking (Gun) offense that occurred on Monday, October 7, 2019, in the 700 block of H Street, Northeast.
At approximately 9:32 pm, the suspect approached the victim at the listed location. The suspect brandished a handgun and demanded the victim’s keys. The suspect then entered the victim’s vehicle and fled the scene.
On Monday, October 7, 2019, 25 year-old Joseph Clark, of Northeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Armed Carjacking (Gun).
