Arrest Made and Additional Suspects Sought in a Robbery of an Establishment Offense: 900 Block of 17th Street, Northwest

Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department's Second District have announced an arrest has been made in reference to a Robbery of an Establishment offense that occurred on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, in the 900 block of 17th Street, Northwest.

At approximately 1:05 pm, the suspects entered an establishment at the listed location. The suspects assaulted an employee then took merchandise from the establishment. The suspects then fled the scene. One of the suspects was apprehended by responding officers.

 

On Tuesday, March 17, 2020, 31 year-old Darryn Thomas, of Southeast, DC, was arrested and charged with Robbery.

This case remains under investigation. Two additional suspects were captured by surveillance cameras and can be seen in the photos below:
