Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch announced an arrest has been made in a homicide that occurred on Friday, April 20, 2018, in the Unit Block of Forrester Street, Southwest.
At approximately 1:59 am, members of the Seventh District responded to the report of a stabbing at the listed location. Upon arrival, members located an adult male victim inside of a residence. The victim was unconscious, unresponsive and suffering from multiple stab wounds. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services responded to the scene and found no signs consistent with life. The decedent remained on the scene until being transported to Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
The decedent has been identified as 57-year-old Rory Felton, of Temple Hills, Maryland.
On Thursday, January 23, 2020, 20 year-old Juan Green, of Southeast, DC was arrested and charged with First Degree Murder.
