On Friday, March 1, 2002, Tracey Renee Davis was found in the Downtown Motel, located at 1345 4th Street, NE. She was seen entering the building at approximately 6:30 pm on February 28, 2002 and was killed sometime between then and March 1. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
