On September 11, 2002, Shawntel R. White was shot and killed by unidentifi ed subjects who fired indiscriminately into a crowd of people in the 400 block of Manor Place, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
