On Thursday, January 1, 2009, shortly after midnight, Lamar Pierce was shot inside his apartment at 2348 Skyland Place, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
This case is being investigated by the department’s Homicide and Sexual Offenses Branch.
