On Tuesday, June 19, 2007, at approximately 11:51 pm, the Metropolitan Police Department was called for the report of gunshots in the 2700 block of Robinson Place, SE. Mr. Kirk Andrew Hart was shot as he entered his apartment, which is located on the 4th floor of the aforementioned address. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
The case has been ruled a homicide and is under investigation by members of the Department’s Violent Crimes Branch.
