On Thursday, November 30, 2006, at approximately 9:50 am, police found James Edward Flecher Jr. in a dumpster in the rear of 2351 16th Street, SE. He had been murdered. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
