On Wednesday, September 27, 2023, at approximately 9:50 pm, Mr. Nathaniel Limes and Mr. James Cooper, Jr. were shot and killed in the 2500 block of 14th Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
