On Sunday, November 12, 2023, at approximately 10:00 pm, Mr. Leon Carter and Mr. Keith Lawrence were shot and killed in the 1500 block of F Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
