On Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at approximately 2:40 pm, Mr. Willie Antonio Starkey was shot and killed in the 1600 block of Benning Road, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
