On Saturday, December 4, 2021 at approximately 1:11 am, Mr. Willie Arthur Spain, Jr. was shot and killed in the 4400 block of Falls Terrace, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
