On Sunday, May 29, 2016, at approximately 1:30 Am, Mr. William Arthur Wells, Jr. was shot and killed in the 200 block of 55th Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
