On Saturday, February 22, 2020, at approximately 5:06 pm, Mr. Jaime Zelaya and Mr. Wilfredo Torres were shot and killed in the 6000 block of 13th Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide
