On Monday, May 16, 2016, at approximately 12:55 pm, Mr. Tayvon Davonte Cummings was shot and killed in the 4800 block of Texas Avenue, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
