On Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at approximately 5:57 pm, Mr. Roger “Tom” Marmet was shot and killed in the 1200 block of 17th Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering
information about this homicide.
