On Tueday, August 20, 2024, at approximately 12:49 pm, Mr. Robert Loman, Jr. was shot and killed in the 1300 block of Eastern Avenue, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
