On Monday, March 1, 1976, around 6:30 pm, while operating his Diamond Cab in the area of 6th and Massachusetts Avenue, NE, and tending to a fare, 42-year-old Richard Thomas Perry was the victim of a robbery-homicide-shooting (Ref. HO-76-0434; CCN #094-543-76). This crime remains unsolved. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
