On August 4, 2001, at approximately 9:00 am, Mr. Phillip Zanders was shot and killed in the 2600 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
