On Sunday, July 3, 2016 at approximately 9:46 pm, Mr. Omar Basil Lindsay was shot and killed in the rear of the 300 block of V Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
