On Thursday, May 9, 2019 at approximately 5:16 pm, Mr. Mark Steven Milline, Jr. was shot and killed in the 800 block of Xenia Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
