On Thursday, April 4, 2019 at approximately 8:15 pm, Mr. Jobe McDowney and Mr. Desimon Richardson were shot and killed in the 4900 block of Nash Street, NE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
